Best Companies Accreditation
Edenred is happy to announce it has achieved a "One to Watch Status" in the Best Companies Accreditation 2010.
Receiving the accreditation means Edenred have been officially recognised by its staff for demonstrating high levels of employee engagement and are amongst just 363 organisations who achieved this status in 2010.
ISO 14001
ISO 14001 is the international standard that specifies a process for controlling and improving an organisation’s environmental performance.
Edenred is committed to minimising the impact of our business activities on the environment, achieving the ISO 14001 accreditation is another step towards fully meeting our CSR commitment. To gain the ISO 14001 we established an effective Environmental Management System (EMS) which showed our long term assurance to reducing our environmental impact and the amount of pollution and waste produced by the company.
ISO 9001:2008
ISO 9001:2008 is the most widely recognized international standard for Quality Management. This is the process of ensuring that all aspects of designing, developing and implementing a product or service are effective and efficient.
As part of gaining ISO 9001 accreditation, we established unique quality objectives and recording procedures and implemented a system of continual improvement of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. We developed Quality Management principles that are customer and leadership driven, and involve all our people, systems and processes.
Investor in People
Edenred is an accredited Investor in People employer and has been accredited for the last five years.
Employee Benefits Awards 2010
Employee benefits magazine announced the winners of the 2010 Employee Benefits Awards at a ceremony held in London, on the 25 June. There were 100 finalist and only 21 winners, with four of these being Edenred's clients. A further three clients were runners up to the award and two reached the finalist stage.
