Environmental Policy
Edenred is committed to minimising the impact of our business activities on the environment. To this end and in order to help sustain and protect the environment we aim to achieve the following goals:
- To comply with all relevant environmental legislation and regulations in regard to our business operations including the prevention of pollution.
- Create a framework to establish environmental objectives and review these on a regular basis.
- To regularly monitor, audit and review our environmental programme and our business activities to ensure continuous improvement, and identify examples of best practice that may be shared throughout the group.
- Promote reduction in the consumption of all materials, whilst encouraging reuse, recycling and the use of recycled materials.
- Cultivate environmental awareness and understanding throughout the company and with our suppliers and customers.
- To increasingly use suppliers who minimise the impact of their activities on the environment and to consider the environment in purchasing decisions.
- Maintain the ISO 14001 Environmental management system and ensure that the goals are met.
