Compliments Card

The Capital Incentives & Motivation Compliments Card is a highly flexible incentive gift card that enables employers to make incentive payments to sales teams or channel partners.

Recipients can spend up to the balance on the card, in the same way as a debit card, in approved top brand high street and online retailers which include Selfridges, House of Fraser, Halfords, TGI Friday’s, H.Samuel, Comet and River Island.

Companies have a choice of two options:

  • The disposable Compliments Card which is ideal for making one-off award payments such as Christmas bonuses
  • The re-loadable Compliments Card, which is fully personalised with the name of the winner and can be branded with the company’s corporate identity, is more suited to ongoing incentive schemes.

There are new shopping options being added on a regular basis to the Capital Incentives & Motivation Compliments Card. There are currently over 100 retailers who have come on board making up a good mix of high street stores and online retailers spread across fashion, jewellery, houseware, leisure and lifestyle and department stores.
